My thoughts in regards to dance are this, firstly it needs to be not just fun, but it needs to bring you JOY and LIGHT into your life!! It's about creating an awareness of your body, learning new things, enjoying the magic of movement, expanding your reach to take up more space in this world and connecting with other women.  It is not competitive and it's not meant to be too serious........there are many lovely layers to this dance with complex moves, prop work and as you can see, dancers love to dress up and perform!  But this is not essential, it's about the dance and the connection foremost, the rest is just extra frosting if that is something you are inspired to do.

In all of my classes you will be welcomed into a circle of women, a safe space to move your body in creative expression and to learn this dance language at your own pace.  You will love the mixture of ethnic and modern music that allows your mind to feel the essence of another place, another time or evoking a powerful feeling. Music to inspire you, to captivate your mind and to get your hips bumping!
